2025 Spain National Championship (Nations Cup Qualification)

Description

It will be played online.

To take part, you must first have been qualified via a Mindbug Season 4 qualifying tournament (in-store or online).

The tournament will run throughout October. Matches will be played during the day or in the evening, depending on player's availabilities. There will be a 3 days timeslot to find a time to play your match before the next round becomes available.

Have won a qualification via one of the official Mindbug Season 4 tournaments (see https://tourney.mindbug.me/season/7 )

Schedule

All matches will be played on Mindbug Battlefruit Kingdom.

Your opponents will be announced on this site, and you will have a code supplied with your match that will enable you to join your opponent at the time you have both agreed.

ROUNDS: The round Robin system will be used. Each match will be played in BO3 (best of 3 games, the first player to win 2 games wins the match). The number of rounds may vary depending on the number of players present.

If a match slot has not been found during the duration of tournament and only one of the 2 players respond to referees, they will be declared winner.

TOP4: (to be decided) During this phase, the goal is to have the 3 finalists who will represent the country at the Nation Cup in November, then decide WHO is the real champion of the nation.

Playoffs' matches will be played in BO5. The 2 players who reach the final will be part of the nation team. A match between 3rd and 4th player will decide who will join the team as the third member. The loser will be one of the substitution players. The other substitution player will be the player with the best ranking in the Swiss round who is not part of the team already. All of them forming a team of 5 members to represent the nation.
